Privacy Policy

OneTenth is designed with privacy by default. We collect nothing. Your data never leaves your device.

No Data Collection

OneTenth does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. The app has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.

What Stays on Your Device

All data you enter into OneTenth — including time entries, billing targets, location settings, and leave days — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple’s native storage framework. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us or any third party.

Privacy by Design

OneTenth tracks only hours and billing status. The app is structurally incapable of capturing client names, matter descriptions, or any identifying information. Your billing data is anonymized by design — there is simply no mechanism in the app to record anything that could identify a client or matter.

This makes OneTenth particularly suitable for legal professionals who must maintain strict client confidentiality obligations.

iCloud

OneTenth does not use iCloud sync. Your data does not transfer between devices and is not stored in Apple’s cloud services.

Third-Party Services

OneTenth does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.

Children’s Privacy

OneTenth is designed for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
